To deal or not to deal

Hello,

I am a brand spanking new newbee!
My 93 honda accord just got stolen two nights ago and I am contemplating purchasing a used 2004 G35. I need your opinions on the price and deal of a G35 I checked out this afternoon.

30K for $25000
Manuel Transmission 6MT
Brembo
Midnight Blue color
aero package
No navi
Black interior
Its interior and exterior are in very good condition

After researching a little, the price seems a bit high. I was thinking somewhere around 20-22k. Let me know what you guys think.

Ok, so how much lower than the asking price should I go. I really like the car but will not buy it if I think its overpriced. Also, Im not quite done yet doing all the research I would like to on this site before I go and buy.

I am going to finance and got approved for a 25K loan with 6.25 APR. Tell me what you guys think

$25K for that car seems reasonable... but the value will go down once the new coupe comes out ... I would realistically look at $24K and I think that would be an excellent deal... $25K isn't too bad either.

I am assuming its a private party price.
