I checked out the vehicle last week, only thing i noticed was the back bumper had a paint scratch, similar to that of a car being rubbed against it, the car was really dull (not a fan of the paint), might just need a good detailing tho. The price in actuality is $27,900. Where should I begin to bargain at, what should i check for and what price should I make the purchase? Is it even worth a purchase?
