wear and tear policy on leases

hey, i was wondering if you guys could help me out with the wear and tear policy on my g35 coupe. is there a website that lists whats considered as wear and tear? my clutch and flywheel are going out.. i can feel the syncros grinding when i shift into 5th.. does the clutch have any kind of warranty? mine is at 30,000mi.

also, i return my car in fall, and i was wondering if they would charge me if i returned it with a bad clutch. it seems pretty ridiculous to pay so much month for a month or two of driving.. i already have to replace the brembos

okay, so i did a little searching and found that some ppl went for the Clutchmasters Stage1 + JWT Flywheel as replacement..

now what i want to ask.. since im not going to keep that car long, what is the cheapest clutch/flywheel replacement i can make? and would i get charged extra when i turn the car in if i have a cheap clutch even though its new? does infiniti expect us to replace the clutch for another factory clutch or can i do whatever?

Well from your post I cant really determine how bad your wear is.
But I returned by lease about a couple of months back (after 27 months) i was scared i would have to pay for the tires they were really bad.... but i didnt .... they only charged me for the over mileage as i was about 150 odd milles over the limit.

so maybe you could get by the clutch replacement if it isnt too bad ... but thats the risk you will need to determine if you would want to take.
I know i took the risk with the tires and luckily got by.

the dealership quoted it as "very worn"

the shifter grinds when i shift into 5th.. the clutch is jerky and catches bad.. this is my first stick car, so i dont know how bad it can get, but im pretty sure its bad lol

You could always replace it with a used clutch, it would defn be cheaper.

let us know once you have returned the car of the outcome... lease returns are always a touchy topic... and no one knows for sure how they will go.
