Help! suspended license...
Hello,
Im buying a '06 g35 from a private party and getting financed through a credit union. We were going to go through her dealership where she purchased the car, I was going to pay what she owed off by having them do whatever they needed to do with my credit union. BUT my license is suspended and I dont get my license back till september. The dealership could not release the car to me. Will it be possible to go into my credit union and try to go to them with the paper work from the dealership (printed amount i need to payoff) so they can release the funds to them and get the title without me needing a license? I plan on going in there tomorrow with my mom and see if she can use her driver's license. Is there a possibility here? Or do I have to wait till september? I have full coverage insurance for the vehicle as well as a printed release of liability and contract saying I am purchasing the vehicle. Any thoughts and ideas?

I didnt know that you could get insurance (full coverage) if you license is suspended
, The dealership wont release it to you cus you cant drive the car (any car), I guess your Mom could work but her name have to be on the insurance policy.

I brought my G while my license was suspended. I also insured it as well. I just had my brother drive the car off the lot for me. You are insured and registered and it is not up to the dealer if you have a license or not to give you your car. I do know the only thing that can stop the dealer from giving you the car is you not being insured and thats it.
