Question do these lease numbers sound way off?

I am not trying to beat a dead horse on the lease vs. buying opinion... I know there are plenty of other threads for that... it is just that I was at the the dealer today to start the buying process. I had already intended on buying the car when the finance guy tries to talk me into leasing. I put a lot of miles on my car so I originally did not consider this... here are the terms, they sound awfully high to me:
2008 g35 journey with prem. package, splash guards
sales price $33310 (includes destin. fee but not taxes, etc)

36 month lease with no down payment
15 K miles $624.00
20 K miles $681.12

money factor is 0.00263 (using outside credit union, not infiniti)
residual is $15720

Opinions ?

yes, it just seemed high when comparing other deals I have seen here... of course, it's hard to compare when others have less yearly mileage or more down payment..

Granted I got VPP on my `07, and paid taxes out of pocket... your 20k payment option is almost identical to my 60mo payment.

i have leased my last two cars.... and have been checking lease numbers on various different forums, plus shopping for myself... and i can look at those numbers and say...

they are WAY off... in the sense that they seem tooo high for me... you can probably get better numbers on a financing deal for 5 yrs.

just for comparision purposes... i have a lease 07 M35x (with tech pkg, sirius and rear spoiler)
Sale price of my car was $45000 + taxes

and I am paying $530 for 12K miles leased for 27 months with $2600 upfront.
The $2600 was not down payment... it was basically the first months payment, taxes and fees.

I also leased an 05 G35 coupe (everything minus the nav)
$457 per month for 12K miles (27 months)
and paid $1700 (first month payment, taxes and fees)

So my friend... your deal seems to be way off.
