been looking for a G35 coupe for a while now and i have a bud whos offering me his 05 black on black 37,5k miles g35 coupe, automatic non navi., no wing, premium bose sound system, 19"volks, eibach springs w/ camber kit, no accidents, clean title all for 18k. Is this a good,great,fair deal? Also, the auto gets to me because i drive a 5spd wrx now, and will be letting it go for a g35, and i know this topic gets hammered all too much, but performance wise is there a real big diff between a G auto/manuel. ( i have done research on this,everyone saids its preference etc..) I've been searchign for a g35 for a while now, i like its lexurious interior look, just dont know if an automatic will do performance wise. need insight on you g35 enthusiasts

Price looks good but I would never buy an automatic.

 

Yes, there is a difference... The manual's run 5.6 seconds from 0-60 and the automatics do it in 6.3 seconds... The WRX would be faster (0-60, not on a roll) than the automatic G35 you are looking at. The price is great especially with the Volks... Do some research before you purchase a new car.. Good luck..

another question, are the 2003,2004,2005 body styles the same? 06+ body styles changed a bit?

 

03-07 are all the same body style

05-07 had a facelift on the interior
