My parent's lease with Nissan is coming to an end soon. We've had the car for almost 4 years now.

Is there anything they have to watch out for?? Such as, replace worn tires? or brakes, etc???

This is the first time we leased a vehicle and we're not sure what they look for when they do their inspection.

Any details would be great
