Just bought the '08 G35s Sedan last night from Infiniti of Santa Monica. Very happy with the car and very happy with my car buying experience. Dealt with Philip Day (Sales), Elizabeth (Finance) and Joyce Beale (Retail Delivery Coordinator) and have nothing negative to say about any of them! This is by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had!

I hope this post will be helpful for you SoCal folks seeking a reputable dealership to buy from . I highly recommend Santa Monica. I've read mixed reviews but must say that my experience was nothing short of great!

Thanks for referring George @ Santa Monica SpeedRacer. I live in Torrance and have heard good and bad things about South Bay Infiniti for their service, but haven't heard much about Santa Monica's. After yesterday's sales experience, I have no doubts their service is superior as well.

By the way, noticed you're in Manhattan and was wondering what local shops you frequent for parts, advice, etc.?

Wrapping up at the office today and received a call from Infiniti of Santa Monica's Retail Delivery Division. The rep (forgot name) asked me how the car was doing and if I had any questions related to functionality,etc. Told her I was VERY satisfied and understood how to work everything in/on the car. Then, she told me they schedule all new buyers for an "overview session" at the dealership for the Retail Delivery Coordination Manager 1 week after purchase! Although I won't need to go back, I thought it was a great aspect of their customer service.

$37,000.24 out the door. Here's what I got:

* 4 year prepaid service plan

I took me 2 days of negotiating with 5 dealerships and Santa Monica offerred to beat my best quote.

Talk to Philip Day in Sales and tell him Jeff (with recently purchased '08 G35s - Ivory Pearl) referred you and he'll take care of you.

5-yr Finance @ 2.9% through the dealership. No trade in and 0 down. Very happy with the way things worked out.
