Hey G35 drivers,
My name is Dara and i currently have a 2006 Subaru WRX STi. Ive been looking at a g35 for sometime now and im finally ready to make the trade. I was wondering what your suggestions would be. I dont really know the difference between the older model compared to the newer ones. Can you guys fill me in as far as how you like it, what your dislikes would be, known problems on the vechicle, etc etc. .

35k . . All services done by my friend Pat and Troy who are certified subaru technicians. Id say i'm a grandma. I dont beat on the car but im not gonna say i havent had fun with it. I dont go romping or drifting donuts or anything like that i speed from time to time (only when im in a rush) but thats about it. It was just in the dealership had pat check everything checked out.. It was in flawless condition just got brakes done as well. hmm mods ? other then what you see tein S tech springs.

Your miles are slightly on the higher side, but nothing crazy; someone may trade a G coupe for your STI + a little cash...

If you ever drive to CA and let me take a look at your car, I'd be more than happy to vouch for the condition it is in.

 

I was thinking about purchasing a STI.. Good friend of mine has a 07. Why are you selling it? I’m leaning towards a G35/7.. Although I love driving the STI, it does feel a little cheap.. It's a good bang for your buck if you’re looking for performance.. Another downside is the high insurance payments for the STI..

 

STI insurance payments will be lower than that of a G coupe.
