overpriced?

So lately going back and forth to work i always pass apple wood kia. They carry tones of use stock and cars brought up from the sates (btw i live in vancouver b.c.) I noticed they had what looks to be like an 05, blue g coupe sitting out front. So i finally stopped in, i checked it out and for my standars i think the cars conditon was about fair, just scratches and the wheels had marks on them etc. Anyway the salesman came out etc, and we were talking etc, then i asked him how much, he says 38,000....(not including taxes!!) ..i was like uhh this car came up from the states has over 50,000 some odd thousand miles, ok conditon. no nav, did have a sunroof....is this as overpriced as I may think it is...? thanks.

That's ridiculously over-priced even for Canada... offer them 20K AT MOST

for 06's up here in vancouver its prob around the 30k range......38k is way too much....

by importing a car worth 20k USD, your looking at the final cost of approx 25K CAD after all the taxes, duties, fees, etc.....

because orlando is one of the largest dealer auto auctions in the nation. The cars don't have to travel that far, means less cost for dealers.
