I don't see why you need insurance to determine your monthly payment. Tell that car dealer to shove the G up his ***. You don't need the BS. Shop around im sure you'll find something.

you have to take it to the dealer I would assume, tell them thats your terms if they want to sell a car.

just take a mechanic to the car.. find a different salesman to deal with next time you go in, that guy obviously doesn't want you to see that there's something wrong with it, or he's lazy

Either walk away and tell them to suck it. Or bring the car directly to an infinit dealership to check the car out.

Thanks guys

That's what I did. I took it to a mechanic, got it checked out and it's good. And I spoke to someone else the next time I came back. The new guy was laid back and gave me my options and had no problem with what I wanted to do. I got a seperate bank loan, paid them, and

I got my baby!!!!!! =)

do not sweat the carfax, if the car drives fine then you are fine and if the carfax is clean that means you will not get ****ed when you try to sell it so all the important things are covered.

the price doesnt sound bad at all, i mean its 5 yrs old and auto, and local dealers are like begging me to buy the 06 they have for like 22ish (AT) so -7k for a five yr old is not bad at all...js get it chld by the local infiniti dealer and pay that 4150...MAY BE the best 150 you spend, or a total waste...anyhow...GL!
