Thanks Tarry:

Wow, the Sedan took a hit on residual on the 24 month term...even by adjusting the money factor to nearly zero payments for this term are far worse than for August. Based on some quick math...the 36, 48, and 60 month terms remain relatively unchanged as it relates to payments because the money factor was adjusted to account for the slighter reduction in residual.

It looks like the G37 Journey Coupe had an increase in residual, but little change in money factor...if I were looking to lease, that is what I would go with! Thanks, as usual, for all the valuable information!

Whoa is that a typo for the 24 month residue on the sedan? That's like -7% compare to August. I signed a 24 month lease just days before September. Glad I didn't wait any longer.

the 24 month lease rates went up on most of the cars. Short term leases aren't the norm anymore.

Well the residuals are in the toilet now! I would rather see good residuals than good base rates because the dealers can’t change the residuals. They always try to find a way to mark up the money factors.

I sure am glad I got my 08 when I did. That 60% residual for 36 months is looking really nice right now! Although the 09 G37 sedan is a pretty sweet car minus the funky looking wheels.

Tarry, do you happen to have the October lease numbers? Specifically looking for the G35x. Thanks in advance...
