HELP! Legit deal or Scam??

Hey everyone. I am about to make a tough decision and would like to get some peoples opinions. I am about to purchase a G35 but the deal sounds way to go to be true and as the saying goes "if it sounds to good to be true it probably is." First the car is an 2005 Infiniti G35 sedan with only 23,000 miles on it. He is selling it to me for $4500. That is the first major red flag. The cars bluebook value is around 18-20k. He is in the United States Navy which I have verified and is going to have to ship the car to me. We are going to use the "Escrow.com" car service which will allow me to pay, he ships, then I decide if I want to accept or decline the vehicle, in which he gets the money or I get refunded and the vehicle is then shipped back to him. We have negotiated a 5 day period in which I get to take it to a mechanic and have it inspected and it doesn't meet my standards I get it to ship it back. His reason for selling is is that he is going to be stationed in England and just wants to get rid of it. The title and vin are clean according to Carfax. What do you think? Any opinions? Is it safe since we are going through the Escrow.com service?? Here are some pictures of the vehicle.

So what do you think?? Scam? Legit??

This is obviously fake.. first of all.. the photobucket album says "06infiniti_g35" but the car is claimed to be 05. Second of all, it's obvious that the pictures are taken in a used car dealership - none of the cars have plates, it has a paper floot mat, and key has a paper tag, and all the cars look spanking clean.

If this guy is "going to navy", his car cannot already be at a used car dealership. I bet this guy just stole some pics from autotrader or just took the pictures himself.
