they both look like well built cars...i'd go for #2.

whats the strong points of each as well?

The first one with out a doubt. For another 1500 you can add a nice double din set up and get nav that is better than the stock nav

Revs have a 7000 redline and produce more HP then Non Revs but less tq. please do a search to find out more...

why do you say the first one without a doubt?

option 1 a clean black G cannot be beat..but my personal opinion i would never spend 30 grand on a 05 G..500some horses or not

I'd say option 2.
1) I've always loved IP. Best color imho.
2) The car is newer and less miles, therefore you'd be able to use it longer.
3) You'll have audio taken care of.
4) KBB value is closer to the actual sale price of the vehicle, leaving you with a better price overall when calculating depreciation later on.

Good luck with the car. Either way, they're both nice.
