Well I just have a general question about the sales process.

A friend of mine just bought a Honda S2000 yesterday from a dealer while I was there, but when we went to the finance office, this guy was especially rude and had pushy sales, and questionable with non-disclosure of numbers.

Though before we went there we had a paper that they normally have people haggle with where "I agree to buy this car if terms are agreeable", then back and forth with the salesman bringing our offer back and forth to his manager. After we made an agreeable price he had him sign the paper again.

Though i'm wondering if after that point if it's possible to walk away from the deal. I personally would have walked away from the deal simply because of the finance guy. Though i'd never had a mini-sales contract like that when i've bought a car. (He especially irritated me, as he flat out insulted me. I think he didn't care as I wasn't the one buying the car)

I mean we didn't walk away simply because he wanted THAT specific car. Though i'm just curious if it's possible to walk away in the future if there's one of those type of contracts, or if i'm going to have to throw in a "No annoying finance guys" clause .
