is this a good deal for a G?

private buyer from craigslist selling a '06 black on black w/ premium package, sport-tuned suspension package, 19" wheels and spoiler. so basically fully loaded minus the nav system. it has 37k miles and hes asking $22.5 for it(but im sure i can get him to lower the price). He says its been pampered and kept under a car cover, but we'll see about that because im going to look at it on sunday.

obviously im going to feel him out and see how long hes been trying to sell it and how many people have come to see it, but assuming that it is in excellent condition, what do you guys think i should offer him?

any tips of things that i could say to lower the price? like things to point out that may make the car worth a little less? like tire tread, etc..
