Good car good deal but one thing bugs me

http://www.carconnectioninc.com/used...eHistory=true#

So I found this car, good price for what it is etc. etc. There's just one thing that bugs me and it's that rip in the seat as shown in the 5th picture. I've looked it up and there seems to be TSB's on it as it seems to be a common problem, but I don't think this car would be coming with factory warranty. Replacing the seats without warrenty I could only imagine would be well over several grand. What do you guys think? Should I just scrap this car and find another one?

Yes, infiniti will cover the rip if you bring in the TSB. Why would the car not come with a warranty? Its a 2006, should have some months left on the 4 year/60k mile bumper to bumper. Call Infiniti customer care and give them the VIN number to confirm if it has coverage.

Well I thought that warrenty doesn't come ilke it does factory when the car is being sold 2nd hand. Would Infiniti still cover the rip if for whatever reason the warrenty is voided, even though I bring in the TSB?

Does not matter how many owners the car has, the warranty is still valid if you are within the 4year in service date (when the car has been purchased) for the bumper to bumper. The power train should last 6 years/70k miles. The only way that a warranty will be void if the car has a salvage title, or has some crazy modifications done.

Just call Infiniti Customer Care, they should confirm its valid with a vin number.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

It looks like it's debadged. I would check it for any other mods so you know what you are looking at. And always, take it to a mechanic to have it checked out. I can't stress this enough.

Does the coupe not have a pass-through from the trunk? Just curious.
