Well guys i have been watching the market on these cars for the last few months and now that im ready to buy... well what do ya know, prices went up..A little harder to find a right price here in ohio and the surrounding midwest states (IL,PA,IN,MI,KY)... So finding an 05 or 06 is quite hard or even impossible to find at 18k or less without high miles.

Anyways I got two in mind right now both 1 owners
1st-is an 03 dark gray/black, no spoiler, brembos, 6mt with 70k miles and the dealer is wanting 13.9k

2nd is an 04 IP/tan.spoiler,brembos,6mt, 40k a private sell wanting 17k.

These cars are both in my price range, But a cheaper price is never a bad thing for me! This car wont be my daily driver,and am plannin to put my on touches on it, such as rims, lowering and front lip etc..

Im leaning towards the 03 b/c of the price, and the mileage reflects the price as you see, but I am wondering is there anything to worry about with the 03, with that kind of miles and out of warranty and all..

to me the 04 is a little higher than what i would pay for an 04, is this priced right? I was thinking more 16k range 16.5k at most
Im probably being hard headed about it b/c i found 05's at that price over the winter. What would you guys do?

 

I would try to get the newest car with the least amount of miles you can find in price range. Of those 2, I would go with the 04, and if you think the guy is asking too much, make him an offer. Whats the worst that could happen, he says no and you negotiate more. Good luck!
