Sound too good to be true?

I have a 2006 Grand Touring 350Z as a weekend toy and want a reliable DD so I am picking up a 2004 Garnet Fire G35 this Saturday. Here are some of the details:

- Premium Package
- 6MT
- 37,400 miles
- One owner (carfax confirms)
- $13,450

I test drove it this week and it drives great. I am getting the local Infiniti dealership, where the seller originally bought it, to check it out for me to make sure everything is in good order. I know cars are not selling for book value right now, but it seems really low.

Any thoughts/comments? Thanks in advance for your time.

Sounds a bit fishy to me ...

I would investigate further.

But then again, since the 37s are out now I know the 35 prices have gone done several thousand, so yeah it could be legit.

I ended up buying it!

The dealer looked it over for an hour or so and said that it could use and oil change, a new air filter and the 3rd brake light was out. They told me what a PITA is was to replace and how expensive it is. So I think I will go with the advice I read in a thread here and just buy an OEM spoiler and call it even.
