OK, so, I have negotiated a potential deal to get me back behind the wheel of a G Sedan, this time a G37 and my wifes... nonetheless.

The deal is on a G37X Sport, premium, Nav, cargo net, splashguard car. The sticker is $42,574 (I think thats right). After a ton of haggling the finance manager tells me he can get the following deal:

39 months
12k miles/yr
$4k down via trade in
$415 month

I think that 'seems' like a great deal to me. So, is it great, not so great, or too good to be true?
