Another A/C issue. Any help?

Hi guys have a quick question so my A/C blows cold and fine when parked both sides. But in drive the passenger A/C vents ONLY blow
Hot not cold. Any idea what that could be. Searched but couldn't really get a definite answer on my issue. Hope someone can help.
