Can an aftermarket intake void your warranty?

If you bring your G in for service is it a good idea to put stock equipment back on the car?

Not necessary. If you have a CAI and your car hydrolocks, then yah, it's going to void your warranty. If you have a CAI and something completely unrelated goes wrong, they will probably try to blame the CAI (LOL) but can't.

I guess it depends on the dealer if they feel like making you pay for it.

They can't VOID your warranty because of the intake, but they might deny one of your claims. For example if your seat malfunctions and you have an intake they better fix it, but if your clutch wears prematurely for some odd reason then they might attribute it to bad driving and the intake. In that case they wouldn't fix it for free... Some dealerships are shady, while others are nice. None of them are stupid enough to fix something that they is probably your fault though
