Auto or Manual

Hey everyone. I searched all over for a thread like this but didnt have much luck, so sorry if its been posted before. I'm new to G's and I'm planning on picking one up soon. I've noticed that Manual transmissions are very hard to find on used cars (in Denver that is).

I drive a stick now and love it, but is there a huge difference with a couple that i'm going to be kicking myself for in 6 months? I might mod it, I might not. I have a fully built eclipse, but its just not reliable anymore.

Thanks everyone for the help.

Yeah I'm not really clear what you're asking. The only difference would be one is auto another is manual...your question kind of answers itself. Whether you'll be kicking yourself depends on which transmission you'd rather have, which only you know.

The autos in these cars are fantastic, but the manual's more fun.

In most cars I'd say manual, but the autos are good enough that I can't bash on them.

And I have one of each, so I get to compare fairly regularly.

Ha sorry guys. I guess I didn't really ask right. Are The majority of your cars automatic or manual transmissions.
