Is this a good deal?

He is asking 19,400. What would you offer or is that a good deal?
The next best deal around is a 2004 black with 73,500 for 16,900. Here is the description for it:
GREAT FIND, the only option not on this car is the spoiler!! Spoiler didnt look good anyway. Brembo breaks, in dash navigation, sunroof, leather, 6 speed, Bose premium sound package. I purchased the car new in 04, payed just over 38K. The car has been perfectly maintained with nothing but fully synthetic oil changes and 93 octane gas. Very clean. Call anytime, serious inquires only please and thank you.
