Thinking about buying a 2003 G35 sedan, 138,000 miles. $6000.00

Besides the obvious changing fluids and filters what should be my immediate concerns with a high mileage car like this?

Test drove it and it seems solid, brakes are good tranny shifts well. Needs a definite detail and bath.

He also backed into a pole pushing in the rear bumper cover right at the corner, driver's side. Any opinions on repairing it?
