High mileage '07 G35x from dealer?
I grew up in this stuff (looks like you're from Fargo? I grew up there, then 5 years in upstate NY and now Minnie). I'm fine so long as I'm moving. But I'm sick and tired of getting stuck on flat ground and two inches of snow. My Max did it all the time and the 03's I drove were the same way. Not to mention the constant slipping on wet asphalt (and I wasn't even pushing it that hard).
In general I'm looking for an 04+ sport 6MT (coupe or sedan) or a 2nd gen AWD. Beyond that, tan interior is a non-starter. I had that in my max and I loath it. I have a month to find a car.. Worst case, I settle and buy a super cheap junker which honestly will get me through the next few years anyway.

2"? Psh. Easy for my car.

I'll keep an eye out for you this week though. I am currently shopping as well and If i come across something, I'll let you know.
And yeah, if you see anything up there I'd appreciate it. So few of them, though, since there's no dealer up there...
Theres one dealer that deals in Infinitis and they just seem sketchy, so I generally stay away. That and the sales guys are fricken retarded. I am looking at a wrecked car and tell him that and he says "come back in the sunlight and take a better look. It has a clean autocheck."
I'm like *facepalm*
And no, no LSD here. One wheel peel lol

Are you talking Valley Imports or Gateway?
I've heard "good" things about VI but I really don't trust anyone in Fargo on much of anything haha.
Gateway is BAD. Stay FAR FAR FAR away from them. They didn't even know Maxima 6MTs had a dual mass flywheel. I asked them a few questions when I was looking to replace my clutch and they just stared at me confused. And that was one of my better experiences with them... (Bought my Max in Idaho from a guy in Cali, spent most of its time in NY but was in Fargo for one summer - which, naturally, is when I had all my issues and replacement needs)

I am talking about F&F Fischer lol the guy was a complete dumbass and talked to me like I had no idea wtf I was talking about.
BTW a local MN guy bought that G you were looking at. I am sure he will chime into this thread haha

Hey all.. probably not the best way to introduce myself, but here goes. Before I start though - I know Wannabe from the Acurazine forums which Iwas previously part of.
I'm actually the guy that bought the one from Walser Honda in Burnesville. That car is fully loaded, with all options. The sales guys were kind of tards, but I think that could be why the car sold for so cheap.
Can you believe that I traded in a dodge ram that got rear ended on Sunday, and they gave me 4k out the door? It had suspension issues, the power steering made noise on left turns, it leaked coolant and had electrical issues (not to mention that it was smashed in from being rear ended)
So they gave me 4k for it (got the car for 10 in that case), and I'm still waiting for the insurance company to process my payment for the accident. I couldn't get out of that 11mpg truck fast enough, and knew I had to jump on this. I bought it around noon yesterday.
Someone had asked, and it does have the tech, navi, premium and wood packages.

In regards to the original post, I think you should be able to find the same model year x now with about 70-80k for a similar price to the 16k of the one listed above.
As far as LSD, here's a nice breakdown... credit goes to RED_DET on the nico club forums:
2003 didn't. 2004+ did.
To add be more clear:
2003 sedans didn't have an option for VLSD
2004-2006 sedans had a sport package option which came with VLSD
2007 sport sedans have VLSD, base & journey have ABLS
2003-2004 coupes had VSLD if it was a Performance Wheel and Tire package option, which meant 18" wheels auto or manual.
2005-2007 coupes only those with the Sport Suspension Package had VSLD
*The 18" wheel option for 05/06 is only that, wheels and tires
VLSD became part of the Sport Tuned Suspension package for 05/06*
To clearify what "sport package" on the sedans:
Breakdown of oem VLSD fitment G35 sedans, all production
03 AT with or without sport suspension: NO
03 MT: NO (has sport suspension standard of course)
04 AT: with or without sport suspension: NO
04 MT: Yes
05/06 AT with sport suspension: Yes
05/06 AT without sport suspension: No
05/06 MT: Yes

How far are you willing to fly to pick one up? I know someone in the Dallas area that can get one for you within a week or two depending on your specs. He just got an 05 x with 50k for $14k. Black on black with everything.
Seriously?! Clean title?
That's dead sexy. And I'll fly wherever. Flight + gas will be cheaper than the difference in price of buying one here on the frozen tundra. I'd really prefer a 2nd gen (07+) X if it's older, I'd sooner go for a sedan/coupe with a sport trim. Premium is a must, tech would be nice, navi I don't care so much about.
I just found a loaded '07 X at a used car lot (they got it off a repo auction) with 90k miles. They're asking $15k for a fully loaded Platinum/Graphite. I'd have to travel for that one too.

Yeah that's a good price. And x345 about the newer ones being SO much more attractive looking outside and in.
It's funny because i can't stand the looks of the older models. So ugly to me

How many miles do you average a year?
