I live in the NW and started to doing a lot of outdoor activities. I've been looking at FX35 and trade in my G. KKB said trade-in value for that FX35 below is the same price as the listed price. I think I will go for a test drive tomorrow. What do you guys think? Thanks

Ive been thinking off selling my coupe for an fx aswell, i was looking into the 06 due to different interior, one thing i dont get is the rear tail lights. I mostly see them all red but i do see the all black chrome one which i like once in awhile

 

hmm... looks like the 05-06 FX can have quite a bit of annoying issues compare to 03-04... need to do more research... don't want to get stuck with them like my embarrassing ,squeaky, crappy, and slow windows motor on my Coupe >

 

I had a 05 and 07 G35 sedan, now I have a 09 FX35 and absolutely love it.
There are a few sites around that you can check that are dedicated to the FX/EX, if you want to research more.

 

ok I went for a test drive. It does have the Tech package with intel cruise, but no sport package (aftermarket coils system and sway will fix this which I plan on doing anyway). It has a 9 page raff sheets all done by the same dealers with 30k, 60k, 90k, all recalls, and repair done by the same dealer. I can also get it for the same car payment I am making now. Do I want to pay an additional 2 years since I have 3 years remained on the G35. They are buying my G35 coupe back for $12k, $1k less than KBB trade in value for a loaded 03 G35, 75k miles.

The front end collision was a minor one, done by the same dealer with receipt of $700 dollars total. I need to make the decision tonight or it goes away. Suggestions and comments are welcome

 

I myself have a 2003 G35 Coupe and just got my wife a 2006 FX45 with only 53000 miles up here in Puyallup.. Please do your car shopping around first cause those miles on that FX35 is kinda too high.. Just saying.. Good luck..

 

The black tail lights are the ones with Sport Package. The also come with 20" wheels vs 18" standard.

We got an 06 FX Sport a few years ago mainly because the interior refresh is a LOT nicer (IMO) compared to the older ones. Plus reverse camera is standard (wife had issues in parking lots), and you get the color screen even on non-nav models vs the monochrome on 05 and below.

We love ours. I just picked up an 06 G coupe for myself. Infiniti family.
