Does this hurt or help?

Is a new engine a good thing or a bad thing?
I am considering selling my '06 sedan, and I want everyone's opinion on something:
About a year ago, a conrod bearing failed, and the engine needed to be replaced. All of the work was done at an Infiniti dealership, and they installed a brand new OEM engine, which currently has about 4K miles.
As a buyer, would you see this as a good thing or a bad thing?
I could see it both ways. I think it is important to know that this is the only problem I have ever had with the vehicle. Aside from this problem, the car has never had to go in for anything other than routine maintance. I have all of the paperwork to substantiate the work, as well as all service records on the car.
To me, it would be an asset having a new engine. Everything from fuel injectors, spark plugs, engine block, pistions and seals are brand new. But on the other hand, I know it may make someone weary that the vehicle could have other defects...
What do you think???
