05->07 bluetooth - can you stream Pandora through it

I am looking at used G35s, most of them have bluetooth so you can hook up your cell phone.

I was wondering if I can stream pandaora internet radio from my Droid to the stock Bluetooth in the G35s. I can do this in our TSX...

Yea, been there tried that. I bought one of these

and it works pretty good, but it is one more cord that I have to keep so the thing is charged. I know I can put another head unit in. I am in the market for a 05->newer G35 coupe and am just wondering if I need to budget for a new stereo to go in it when I find the right one.
