I am thinking about selling my 06 OB coupe 5at blk/blk with about 40k miles no accident, 2 owners, clean. Stock with few minor exterior mods, no performance upgrades except for K&N drop in. Looking to get no less than 18k. Will this sell pretty quickly or no? How reasonable is the price?
^ It's all local and also if you get the right buyer. Make sure it's one clean **** for the potential buyers.
Research KBB/edmunds/NADA as well as local listings and autotrader for general ideas about pricing.
Price high, expect to get a little less and go from there. Hope you don't HAVE to sell & take your time. I think the best time to sell for sellers is spring/summer. GLWS.

I just refi'd my car at $19,200 with my lender. They said it was worth $20K. I have an '06 OB sedan non-sport with Option C package (Bose, leather, Nav) at 37K miles with 18s. Only exterior mod is the front bumper (Strafe FG Nismo rep). I've seen bone stock sedans and coupes going for $19K retail in the local area with more miles. Depending on your local area, you shouldn't have too much difficulty. Give it a shot.
We just sold an 08 G Sport Coupe with Premium/Nav and 74k miles for $18k here North of Boston...just to give you an idea of the marketplace a bit. Our lower mile ones (08) are priced from 25-27k. We don't have anything older than 08 here very often.

4.25% for the next 5 yrs. Originally had a 6 yr note at more than 6%. I paid 2 yrs on it and then refi'd for a 5 yr note at 4.25%. I know I end up paying more in the long run, but I don't plan to get rid of this car any time soon. My insurance has gap coverage built in should I get in a wreck and lose it all. So adding one year overal for a 1.75% interest drop lowered my payments more than $100/mo. But I'm going off on a tangent here. They wouldn't have refi'd for this amount if the car wasn't valued in their favor for the loan.
Thanks for the info. I got 4.5 percent on my car for 5 years. I only put 500 bucks down so my monthly is pretty high. I have about 3 years left. I don't know if it's worth trying to refi for better rate tho.
