I'm at 113000 miles plus. With scheduled maintenance and mostly highway driving, this car has been super reliable.

Let a dealer inspect it and they can tell if it's been well treated or abused. They can also tell you what big service items are coming up (for example spark plugs at 110000) and they might even have the electronic service records.

sold my old 03 with 146k miles on it, most reliable thing I've owned in a long time, showed no sign of anything needing replacements.

Just make sure you know what you're getting into, have someone educated inspect it.

Check the usual reasons why people get rid of them, but usually it'll be because of front suspension work, like compression rods, failing climate control, they almost always will need brakes, and inquire about how often the trans fluid is changed, and where it was done.

The rest is a judgement call with what you'd get in most higher mileage Japanese cars.

If the price is right, and you can spin a wrench, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
