I just bought an immaculate 6MT 2003 Coupe, with a Pioneer AVIC professionally installed Nav system, an engine so clean you could EAT out of it, and no body or interior blemishes, with 72k miles, for $11k.

It sucks having to wait to find the perfect car, but you can find them if you look!

Just my opinion don't pay extra for stock nav, it sucks.
Buy an aftermarket kit and nav (looks stock, better system, less money)
