Need help buying a g35

I need help buying a g35.
I'd want anything between 2004-06 but I would prefer a 2005 Sedan.

Is having a Navigation worth it? Is it any good?
Cause if not, I'll just go with a premium package and do the double din kit.

Should I get it off a dealer or private?
I am not rushing to buy a car but I'd want one before mid June.

Thanks.

Nav is alright if you need it and it gives you your gas mileage figures which is nice. If you want a DD you're better off doing that. If you know cars and can tell if anything is wrong with them then I suggest buying private because you can get better deals. If you're not good with that sort of thing, go to a dealer. It will typically cost more though. Make sure to check the exhaust for holes since our cars DO NOT have stainless exhaust, unfortunately.
I'd sell you mine but I'm in New Hampshire.

My nav is annoying to work with so just get a garmin or something if you need it. I got my car private and fully loaded in mint cond. for the same price of a higher mileage base one from a dealership so if youre confident in your negotiating skills and kknowledge of the car, buy private.

Thanks for the input.

I would like to know how much would a 2005-2006 from a dealer standpoint?
Mileage between 100k-135k.
(also is 150k-160k car from a dealer not worth it?)

vs.

The price from a private seller between the same Mileage?
(If it's form a private seller what mileage should I be looking for?)

Thanks
