Got the 04 down to 12500 good buy?

They're both good buys, but I would go for the 2006, it's newer, lower miles, and at
A really low price for tht condition. In my area, those can run up to nearly 20k if not more. And you should be able to talk it down 500-1k more

I got 2004 g35 for sell. Well i'm selling it for my friend. Its has 122500 miles. But he take care the car like a baby. Its manual and alot of modification include 19" volk le37. Its black and black.
