I am finally at the point of adding a vehicle to the family, I am starting to look for a Coupe and would like some advise. I am looking for an '05-'07 6MT with moderate miles. What things should I look for and avoid. Any feedback would be great appreciated.

 

Look for oil consumption. Mainly on 2005 6mt's with the rev up. I only wanted this year and model so I sucked it up and ended up getting one that indeed does have the consumption problem. Google it if you want more info.

 

Make sure all fluids are clean, and up to par. Ensure all power equipment works. Window motors, and audio system tend to stop working properly. I would get it inspected by a qualified technician before purchase.

 

whats wrong with the 03 or 04? is there a reason u would rather have 05-07? as stated u may run into oil consumption problems

 

There is nothing wrong with an '03-'04, my credit union will not go out as far on a loan for an older vehicle. Thas is why I was looking for an '05-'07. If I found an older one that I really liked, that may change the game.
