So I am looking to getting a G35. I have always been a Chevy truck guy but finally decided to get a sporty car. I just got back from looking at a 2006 G35 Premium package. It was in great shape both inside and out and good milage at a good price and drives excellent.

There is also a 2005 G35 same package as the 2006 minus the 19' wheels and the miles are almost the same. It looks to be also in good shape inside and out but haven seen it yet and wont be until this coming week.


My question is is there a big difference with the 05 G35 & the 06 G35??? Is one year better than the other?

Any help would be amazing, I am really hoping to finally get the car soon.

Honestly at the end of the day it's the same car...the 2005+ have the new center council upgrade, gauges upgrade and a couple things like that...exterior on the 2006 gives you the unlock options on The door handle and rear taillight...and new tailights and headlights design....this is as far as physical upgrades go
Mechanical has mixed opinions so look into it before you get it....both are good I would just go with the one that you get a better price on

 

I prefer 03 and 04s as well but I do like the 05 interior ALOT MORE

 

I ended up agreeing to buy the 2006 G35. It was in much better shape both inside and out. She babies the car. The 2005 was in decent shape front bumper had the most problems passager side was falling and the corners and scrapes, and he he could parallel park for s**t those rims were scraped up bad. and he was asking for the same price as the 06. No brainer.

Im just waiting for them to finish up getting all their paper work together and as soon as thats done im going to pick it up hopefully within a few days. Cant wait.
