I had infiniti G37 which I sold out after a year. So basically I kept it for a year and when I bought it I purchased 5 years Infiniti Elite extended warranty and I paid $1599 for it.
SO now after a year I cancelled it because I do not have car.
And my dealer is saying I will get $1000 back . The thing I am not getting is that for 5 years they charged $1599 ( $320/year approx). But when I cam cancelling it after a year I am getting charged $600.
Does any one know how this thing works? Because when I am asking dealer to give me the info of the department handles it, I am gettingd enied. She says only dealer can call them.
I am guessing she is just lying.

 

I'm in the same situation. I just called 800-362-4111. The rep asked for my VIN and the total miles on the car now, and then he told me how much I would get back.
