i never used memory seats so I couldn't say if I would miss them...im the only one who drives my G so it wouldn't really matter, but the 05 and 06 interiors are very similar. Obviously the 06-07 manuals have the Rev-up which would be the biggest reason to get an 06. I had an 04 and then bought my 05 and hands down better in every way...interior

Ultimately do KBB, and NADA and a quick cars.com search to see what the going price is...20K for a G35...i dunno...if your looking for speed id get an 07 STi for that price, or if your looking for classy luxury i'd by an 09 A4...there are right around that price now..but everyone has different priorities. GL

ya maybe ill go with an 05 and upgrade the lights
