'05 G35 Coupe - 160K km's (canada) - Good Buy?
Thinking about buying a 2005 g35 coupe that has 160,000 km's on it.
The price tag would be about $8000 CAD cash..
What kind of issues should I expect with this car basd on its age and mileage?
Also, as I live in Canada, we can have some pretty nasty winters. Would good all-season tires do, or are winter tires necessary?
Thanks!

I also live in Canada and I have been monitoring the market prices, I think that 8000$ cash for 160'000 is a good price if it is in good condition.
Do not forget that in our lovely country we have a 13% tax rate added on after you buy the vehicle that means 8000 x 1.13= 9040$ (if they take 8000 as the blue book value of the car, it could be MORE!)
The 05s as stated by everyone on this website tend to have oil consumption issues, make sure you check for any signs of oil residue. You are buying a car with 160'000km I suggest you have some money aside for a regular tune up (brakes, suspension, etc) unless the seller has stated that he replaced some of these parts. If everything checks out to be good I say go for it.
