120000 KM ( US miles is 75000 Miles )

Auto, base 18" rims also.

No accidents, very clean, only thing is Tires need replacing and it is the base model.

Price 13500 Canadian. I offered 11K but he did not accept. I was thinking maybe 12500.

what do you guys think ?

Check the other recommendations here, but ultimately if it drives nice, looks nice, and [I]YOUR[\I] mechanic gives you the thumb up you are in the clear.

Miles are above average per year, price you offer is where I got mine for with sports package but a year earlier model. Good luck deciding.

 

Tires aren't a big deal. You can always get new ones..... Check for mechanical issues, oil consumption, camber (if the car is lowered) since you brought up tires. Bring it to your mechanic or a Nissan dealer. Mileage is a little high. Ask for service records. But the price isn't bad.

 

I personally think that's a steal... I got my 07 G35S for ~$18k - it was originally priced at $21k. I bought it with 64k miles... I am the 3rd owner. Even though my trim is higher and I got mine with less miles I would expect that one to priced at a minimum of $15k.

I would still use the tires needing replacement to my advantage to try to get the price even lower.
