Whats your opinions on this deal?

$9318 down the drain if you do the 2yr lease. Seems like a lot of dough to burn up in only 2yrs. If you look at that $388 payment and extend it out for fun (I bet you would end up leasing something again in 2yrs), it would take 6.6yrs to pay the $31k cash price, but you'd be left with nothing because you leased. Find a good deal on a used one, or finance this one. You can get 1.5% through alliant credit union, or even as low as .75% (not a typo) through penfed. Penfed can't be beat but you have to use their car buying service and I think they only do 48months at that rate. I just used alliant CU for an FX45 purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat.
What's the residual? How long to do you plan on keeping the car?
Look into the purchase of a slightly used 1-2 year old car. You can get one with around 20K miles, still under factory warranty and find the money you save would be very significant vs the purchase of a new car.
However, the big question is do you keep a car 2-3 years, or 5+ years? That would really set the tone for lease vs buy.
