I would get #2. Do any have service records? Thats whats most important to see if it was maintained since new. They are good prices.I just got a 05 g35x with 84,660 on the clock.I paid 12,000 it had all the service records from mile 7.the color is Serengeti sand metallic she looks and runs like new!
They both have clean titles, they both have rear minor accidents. With deal 2...the clutch may go sometime soon? According to the owner it doesn't slip or anything but INFINITI said it will go soon. I don't know which one to go with?
When I buy used cars I go by my first thought and it works for me. Check with Infinlti if ykh have yhe serial numbers and check the maintenance records with Infiniti. That will be your best indicater to help you make your décision!
i would get #1.. 10k more miles, but no problems with it, and has mods.. 70k is nothing for this car.. still like new.. and cheaper

That's 15,700 USD.
It's a bit high for the US market, but the low miles would be a bonus
Back to the OP. I'd investigate #2 a bit more. Why does the dealership think the clutch needs to be replaced? Have you driven it? Why does the mechanic say its fine?
I can't say I'd trust #1 any more. Carbon fiber hood an exhaust would suggest the car may have been driven harder . I tend to stay away from modified cars for this reason as well as others (quality of work/parts not always the best)
