As for my generalized statement which still holds true in this thread:

The newer the better!!!
You guys are funny. You keep acting like we haven't gone off topic.

Let's go back to the beginning of this thread where Charles claimed the car may have Revup/oil burning issues (in post #3 "the 03 has the DE, the 06 has the revup". Also, the revup is still a DE, so thats another miscommunicated statement you made) even tho the black car is clearly an auto/regular DE (you can tell by the nonsport bumper). Now..who doesn't know what again?

Again, you both know our arguments continue to stray from the OP, but the only argument you two butt buddies can conjure up is one where you claim we've only been talking about the two cars in this thread, even tho we all know this is not true. But, whatever, I can do this all day. Let's keep it going fellas.

Great argument, focusing on a post that contains wrong info even though it was retracted by the individual who posted it (post#7). The Revup and DE are similar but not identical. 90% of the OC issues have occured on the Revups. The HR must also be identical to the DE using your logic

The only thing that strayed from the original post was you. Talking about features neither car has and pulling mileage numbers out of your @ss in an attempt to compare cars that are not in this thread.

Regarding the butt buddie comment, who is Charles and how do you know their name???

And who would that be exactly?
"Mustang" is the only other one who said he would go with the 03 and provided a good, detailed explanation.

Of course you can. You are unable to back up your arguments with tangible evidence, use incorrect information while fabricating scenerios, and argue subjectivity against facts. You're like some of the regulars in the political section, continue trolling and posting irrelevant BS long after their argument is proved invalid.

Driver has become so much more entertaining lately, especially when it's the OGs going at it instead

Bottom line: newer is not always better, subjectivity prevails, and whosurbuddy and herrshaft probably made out during Shindlers List.

G35 6MT Coupe
First, there are people here who take their G35's to the track... I'm one of them. My car is practically stock (MREV2/Spacer). I used Motul 600 and my brakes started fading after a couple of laps.

Then I switched my brake pads and it was a different story. No fade at all, and a lot more bite. All I'm saying is pad choice and fluid are all are cars are probably going to need, until you start really adding a lot of power. Seriously, the 06 stock brakes were just fine on the track and for what OP is going to use this for, Brembos shouldnt even be a thought in his mind. They only come into play when you're doing some serious braking over and over and over again... like on a race track.

He should get an 06 just for the intellikey. If he's going AT, then that option alone is a game changer. I WISH I could get that on my 06 6MT. To me, thats "key".

Bottom line: The thread is about 2 specific cars and in the context where everyone (but you) is talking about the those 2 specific cars, YES newer is better.

Also, please keep me out of your fantasies kiddo.
