Got a quote from local dealer (NYC), '05 Coupe 6MT, Aero Package, Sunroof, Splash Guards.
$425.00 (Tax Incl) x 36 Mos./10K Miles w/ $0 Down.

Hello, I will play with some numbers and see if you think its close or not, the MSRP is 35,720(no premium pkg, just moonroof), the residual on 36mos lease is 58%, since you only have 10k/yr, it might be 2% higher, now with no money down, you mean not a single cent when you take it home? or you need to pay first payment, fees and tax seperately? and not knowing what is your sale's tax rate and what is your money factor, I just use 8% and 0.002(4.8%) either way, to get to 425/mos with no money going toward the purchasing price, with 8% tax and 0.02 M/F, the sale price of the car is around 32700.
