Exclamation help from the experienced in buying please?!?

let me say first that i have always wanted a g35. i'd really like to purchase an '06 with all the new upgrades but it just doesn't seem to fit my budget. i came across a used 04 6-speed that i wanted you guys to take a look at and give me some input as to what would perhaps be an adequate drive out price.

Price $29,995
Body Style Coupe
Mileage 14,878
Exterior Color Gray
Engine 6 Cylinder Gasoline
Transmission 6 Speed Manual
Drive Type 2 wheel drive - rear
Fuel Type Gasoline
Doors Two Door
Stock No. K42743A
VIN JNKCV54E94M300179

the carfax came out clean but what somewhat worried me was the fact that it was a leased vehicle with two prior owners. should i be that worried?

i wanted to negotiate the price and ask for a drive out price of under 30,000 but i have no clue as to what is "reasonable". any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
