just got off the phone with oakland infiniti....

can get a 05 6mt sedan in diamond graphite with graphite interior and premium A options for $4000 off msrp....

i'd wish it came with aeropackage from factory....otherwise its gonna cost another 1 grand....

 

What is MSRP and Invoice on this car?

How far below invoice is the $4K off MSRP? You should be able to get at least $1000 if not more below invoice on a '05 right now....

Hmm... i got an internet quote from them about 3 weeks ago for $4500 of msrp on 05 g35's. they also put out an ad about 2 weeks ago for the same $4500 off msrp. serramonte infiniti also had an add this week for $4500. I printed to quote out and took the add to Jackie at Niello in concord, and they had no problems matching the price. usually you get "I'll match the price, but we're losing a ton of money...blah blah" just sell me the $*%!#* car. without tax and other fees price was $30800. reason I didn't go to Oakland, a few months ago, had a friend looking for a Lexus and got age profiled at Oakland, kept pushing her towards the used Lexus. Needless to say took for $50k cash to niello an bought and FX..

 

jackie at niello in concord, eh.... i'll certainly give them a try. Why doesn't niello show up on the infiniti dealer search when i input 75 miles within 95758 (elk grove/sacramento)?

 

You may also want to give Infiniti Pleasanton a try. They gave me 600 under invoice back in April on a 05 Sedan 5AT.

$1K below invoice is still a good deal....the question now is how good a deal can you get on an '06? If it's at invoice, then it would be very compelling!

Well the dealer was pulling the "Can you come in today since it is the end of the of the month and the $4000 off msrp may not be available?" line, so I said I couldn't because it's at least a 1 hr 30 min drive not counting bay area commute traffic to get to oakland (w/ traffic and wet weather, I'd suspect 30-45 mins on top of that). Also I started to admire the ivory pearl exterior more and more since I already have a sterling mist exterior maxima. So no go on oakland infiniti offer.

I did manage to find a couple of 05 6mt ivory pearl sedans in socal so i may go that route if they can agree to $1500 below invoice.

Since most remaining 05's have the Premium A package, I'd figure I would opt for it and ditch the stripped down version (most stripped down have sun/moonroof installed and i don't want or need so I would be paying 800+ for something I 'd rarely find need to use.)
