Leasing a 2006 G35 coupe: is this a decent price (canada)

hi everyone, im picking up a G35 coupe automatic 5 speed w/performance package tomorrow. price is $47 700 CND before taxes. 4.9% lease rate, 48 months, payments will be 806$ with roughly $22 500 buyback. is this a decent price compared to what you have seen (in canada)?

im in montreal (all pricing in canadian funds)

I do think it too high, eventho I use USD but numbers would work out to be same, for 47700 MSRP with 22500 residual and 4.9% M/F, I came up with 668/mos plus tax for 48 month, not quite sure what kinda fees/taxes you have over there but can be all that much.

(its an upgrade for my 2002 Acura RSX base)

I had the dealer offered me the following deal (even before I negotiate)
06 6MT Coupe base
$0 down
$15K miles/year
$611/month

I think yours may be a bit high.

Not sure if this question is directed toward me, but since it was posted right after mine.. I'll reply

All taxes were included in the deal (meaning I pay nothing down) and yes it is in USD.

What was the MSRP on your G35? and length of your lease...611 seems high too for a "base" (reads no options?) coupe

The length of the lease is 39 months. I didn't pay attention to the residual value and agree with you, it was high so I didn't even bother to take that deal. I went with another offer. I just quoted that here to show difference scenarios.
