Good deal? 05 6MT lease @ $478/mo & 19K mi/yr

I have the opportunity to take over lease payments on the following G35:

2005 G35 6MT aero, premium, tinted windows, tire & wheel Insurance.
I will make payments of $478/month (includes tax) for 28 months at 18,800 miles/year.
Is this a no-brainer or should I get a different G? Is there anything that I should look out for?
I do a lot of driving so 19K miles a year would be nice.

Thanks in advance. I need answers fast because I plan to sign papers Saturday.

Local dealer in Baltimore offering $400, 24 months, $3200 down, 12,000 miles.
If you own a house, have money in the bank, and a good long term plan, go ahead and get the car. If not, don't get sucked in to this madness and get your self financially established, be patient, and you'll be able to have this car AND afford it somewhere down the road.

I'd say its good deal, if there are no money out of your pocket...and find out what is the residual value on it, if its low enough? you might want to think about purchase it.

That's a very good deal if there is no down payment.

Good deal. I pay that much for an '04 base model no options.
