Leasing a G35 Coupe terrible deal?

Okay I know this is a terrible deal but am wondering what is a reasonable come back

G35 6mt coupe 40980 sticker they aren't taking anything off it

the lease is 36 mo with 12K mile per year
5000 down
money factor .00250
residual 55%

So what do you guys think would be a reasonable deal for this car?

nothing off sticker? I was offered the car at invoice here in Socal...I'm sure if you call around you could get one for $500-$1000 over invoice.

well that right their is $449.75 payments before tax. Which is not bad to bad. I would offer them $440 w/ tax and reg fees included. Be careful of excise tax though.

I ended up buying a car from a different dealer. Sticker was 39,650 and invoice (according to edmunds) of 36,288. I paid 36,432 and it included a clear bra. I love the interweb. It allowed me to research and pit the dealers against each other
