Cool G Drivers represent!!

I and two of my friends were watching noobs ride a bike at the RTI course on Yorkland drive. Another friend of mine was on the course, so we were there for good posterity and catch the funny stuff that happens to new riders. Our friend on the course needed to remove some laysers of clothing because like a typical noob he needed to overdress for the course. So we decided to take him back to his hotel to get changed. On our way to the hotel we stopped at the light at Sheppard and Yorkland waiting for the light to change. Sure enough I see a pre 05 G sedan come up beside us heading to the 404 north. I didn't take real notice of it thinking its one of the usual typical G drivers, until I noticed a oval sticker on the rear passenger window. It was kind of hard to identify it but I noticed it to a G35 sticker.

I asked the driver if he was on the G35driver board and replied yes and I asked what name he used on the board. Enter "35Bills" I told him my name and he complemented on my bike. Now I can put a face to a name now. Unfortunately, I had an off-coloured helmet that didnt match me or the bike so my face was kind of hard to distinguish. 35Bills asked if I had come to any of the G meets and I told him, no and I have been to busy and my main ride for the season is riding my bike so the G is in its slumber again, and turning into a winter beater (quite an expensive one ). I will some day have to come out and meet everyone so I can put faces to everyone and if you see a biker that looks like me and stranded sitting somewhere, it maybe be me but hopefully that will never happen.

See you guys on the road!!

Karim

P.S. For some unknown reason, I seem to have deja-vu of the whole moment months before it happening. Frightening if you asked me.

One of the benefits of being in a populated area. Other G drivers.

Colin, how many did we see while you were here?

Nah, many years ago fisherman here wore blue dyed slickers out in the cold wet Atlantic. The cold damp conditions caused their noses to run which were wiped dry with the sleeve of of their slicker leaving blue dye behind. They would return home to their wives with noses coloured blue- hence the name.

Karim,

Great to meet you( by surprise!!!).
I was just visiting the bank machine. I'm local resident of that area.

Sorry that my car was so dirty, but its clean once again. I just finished giving her a quick wash. Picus112 wouldn't be too proud of me .

I'm always wondering if I would ever run into any fellow club members while out for a jaunt. Its funny that you were on a bike at the time.

I'm glad that I have the stickers on my car.

Its great to represent!!!

Cheers,

Bill

No worries mate.. I wasn't paying attention to the dirt, just trying to unblur my eyes to the the stickies. Now where can I can I get those stickies? Should I have just one for one side or 2 for both sides or 4 for the bike too??
